We collect personal information (such as email address, delivery address, name & phone number) from you when you set up an account or transact with us. While you can browse some sections of our Platform without being a registered member, certain activities (such as placing an order or consuming our online content or services) do require registration. We do use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests. If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms, or other message areas or leave feedback, or if you use voice commands to shop on the Platform, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. Pushpo Vilas has on boarded certain third-party business partners on the Platform who specialize in the categories like travel ticket reservations, booking online movie tickets, paying online bills, and more (Ultra-Partners). If you use the services of Ultra-Partners, you will be redirected to Ultra-Partners websites/applications and your entry to Ultra-Partners websites/applications will be based on your Pushpo Vilas login credentials after seeking your permissions to share the data further. Pushpo Vilas shall not be responsible for the Ultra-Partner’s privacy practices or the content of their privacy policies, and we request you to read their privacy policies prior to disclosing any information.

2. Use of Demographic / Profile Data / Your Information:-

We use your personal information to provide the product and services you request. To the extent we use your personal information to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt out of such uses. We use your personal information to assist sellers and business partners in handling and fulfilling orders; enhancing the customer experience; resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money; measure consumer interest in our products and services; inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize and enhance your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud, and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection of information

With your consent, we will have access to your SMS, contacts in your directory, location and device information. We may also request you to provide your PAN, GST Number, Government issued ID cards/number and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) details to: (i) issue GST invoice for the products and services purchased for your business requirements; (ii) enhance your experience on the Platform and provide you access to the products and services being offered by us, sellers, affiliates partners. You understand that your access to these products/services may be affected in the event consent is not provided to us. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we and our affiliates collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users' activity on our Platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. We will occasionally ask you to participate in optional surveys conducted either by us or through a third party market research agency. These surveys may ask you for personal information, contact information, date of birth, demographic information (like zip code, age, or income level), attributes such as your interests, household or lifestyle information, your purchasing behavior or history, preferences, and other such information that you may choose to provide. The surveys may involve collection of voice data or video recordings, the participation of which would purely be voluntary in nature. Pushpo Vilas never publicly disclose any personal or sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities or any government identification numbers. We don't allow unauthorized publishing or disclosure of people's non-public contacts.

With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice and have the opportunity to withhold consent when personally identifiable information about you might be shared with unaffiliated third parties. We may transmit the user data across the various Apps of the Company.

User Submissions: If you participate in any online forum/communities, chat sessions and/or blogs, or otherwise post in any user comment field visible to other users of our Services, any information that you submit or post will be visible to and may be read, collected or used by others who use our Services. We are not responsible for any information, including personally identifiable information, you choose to submit in any such user comment field.

5. How we share your information:

As a matter of policy, we will not sell or rent information about you and we will not disclose information about you in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy except as required by law or government regulation. We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties, to enforce laws such as those regarding intellectual property rights, fraud and other personal rights.

If an individual under the age of 18 wishes to avail any service on the App then such services shall be availed by them through their legal guardian or parents who have registered as users of the App and who can form legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 10.Families Policy

APP Content: allow only 18+ age group. App content does not show any obscene and violence messages/images. App contents represent to seller/buyer audience. APP Functionality: App allow to seller and buyer do registration for business. Ads: Ads free app. We are not showing any third party advertisement. Data Collection: we take personal information – Name/ mobile no. / email id /address/ device ID. We use camera for collection general KYC. Legal Compliance: we ensure that our app, including any APIs or SDKs that our app calls or uses, is compliant with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA), E.U. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and any other applicable laws or regulations.

11. Merger and Acquisitions:

In case of a merger or acquisition, we reserve the right to transfer all the information, including personally identifiable information, stored with us to the new entity or company thus formed. Any change in the App’s policies and standing will be notified to you through email.

12. Links to third Party Apps:

Our App contains links to other Apps. The fact that we link to a App is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party Apps. These other Apps may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information from you. Other Apps follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personally identifiable information you submit to them. 13. Notification Procedures:

It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via e-mail notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on the App, as determined by us in our sole discretion. 14. Opting out of information Sharing:-

1. We understand and respect that not all users may want to allow us to share their information with other select users or companies. If you do not want us to share your information, please contact us through the Contact Us page, and we will remove your name from lists we share with other users or companies as soon as reasonably practicable or you can also click on unsubscribe. When contacting us, please clearly state your request, including your name, mailing address, email address and phone number. In case you do not want your name to be displayed on the App, you may opt for the same by choosing a Username other than your original name, you may also hide details of Social Networking Accounts by opting for the same when you are creating an account with us.
2. However, under the following circumstances, we may still be required to share your personal information: If we respond to court orders or legal process, or if we need to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. If we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or as otherwise required by law.

If we believe it is necessary to restrict or inhibit any user from using any of our App, including, without limitation, by means of "hacking" or defacing any portion thereof.

15. User Submissions

You understand that when using the Platform, you will be exposed to Content from a variety of sources, and that we are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content and you agree and assume all liability for your use. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, defamatory or libelous and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against us with respect thereto. If you find any content to be libelous, objectionable, defamatory, and indecent or infringing your Intellectual Property Rights, you may contact us directly through “Contact Us” page and we shall take appropriate action to remove such content from the App.

16. Phishing or false emails

If you receive an unsolicited email that appears to be from us or one of our members that requests personal information (such as your credit card, login, or password), or that asks you to verify or confirm your account or other personal information by clicking on a link, that email was likely to have been sent by someone trying to unlawfully obtain your information, sometimes referred to as a "phisher" or "spoofer." 17. Changes to our Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy and information security procedures from time to time. If these privacy and/or information security procedures materially change at any time in the future, we will post the new changes conspicuously on the App to notify you and provide you with the ability to opt out in accordance with the provisions set forth above. Continued use of our App and Service, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

18. Collection of information by third-party apps, Services, ad servers and sponsors

Our Services may contain links to other Apps or services whose information practices may be different than ours. For example, while using one or more of our Apps, you may link to a third party’s App via a window opened within (or on top of) our App. Some of our Services may allow users to interface with third party Apps or services, such as Facebook and Twitter. You will remain logged into those third party Apps or services until you actively log off. 20. No Reservations:

We do not accept any reservation or any type of limited acceptance of our privacy policy. You expressly agree to each and every term and condition as stipulated in this policy without any exception whatsoever.
